Refund policy
We hope you love everything you ever purchase from us! But we know that sometimes that isn't the case, or the color is wrong, or the size is wrong. If that happens, please get ahold of us right away. Hold on to that receipt!! And if shipped, please retain your cartons. If you would like to return an item, you must contact us by email (bbcandles@comcast.net) for an RMA #, along with the reason for returning, and your order #. Once your item is received by us, we will inspect, make sure it's in like new condition with tags intact, and will refund your purchase price (less shipping) for store credit. Store credit never expires! If there are issues with your return we will contact you immediately. All returns must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. We recommend having a tracking # when you ship something back to us. Seasonal items & Clearance items are considered Final Sale and may not be returned.

Damages -
If you receive your package and an item is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will need pictures of the damage, and pictures of the shipping carton. You will be asked to retain the shipping materials and broken item until we get a claim decision from the carrier. Damaged items will be refunded in the manner they were paid.
